Quick Tips | How to Cut
To cut Wrought Iron we recommend using a fine toothed, carbide tip saw blade. Cover the area of the Wrought Iron Pole to be cut with blue painter's tape to protect the finish. An alternate cutting method is to use a small pipe and tubing cutter that can accommodate a 1" pole. After the pole is cut, remove the remnants of the tape. Insert finial plugs and continue installation as usual. To join two Wrought Iron poles together use the internal splice. Always place a bracket over the seam between two poles.
